2m Postcode Contest

May 20 @ 12:00 - May 22 @ 17:00

  • « Mill on the Airs
  • GB70E Special Event Station »

CARC will again join forces with the Reigate ATS to enter the RSGB “Postcode” contest on 2m.  We will be operating our full 2m station with a few important upgrades from our contest site in Swingate near Dover.

This is always an enjoyable contest with plenty of activity from around the UK and of course across the channel into Europe.

We hope to have multiple antenna systems in the sky and to do so we will be working on Friday 20th at Swingate with the contest proper starting at 14:00Z (15:00BST) on Saturday 21st and running for 24 hours.

Members are welcome to come along for some or all of the contest.  Alternatively do listen out for G3M around 144.327MHz and give us a call.
